이민호씨(37세)가 5년 전 저지른 범죄로 인해 고국에서 수배된다는 정보를 한국 당국으로부터 받은 후 이씨에 대한 임무 명령을 내렸다.

이씨는 다른 피의자들과 공모해 야구방망이를 이용해 피해자에게 심각한 부상을 입힌 혐의로 피해자를 며칠간 병원에 감금시켰다. 수원지방법원은 2024년 2월 대한민국 형법 위반 특수상해 혐의로 이씨에 대해 구속영장을 발부했다. 그는 같은 사건으로 올해 10월 인터폴 적색수배 대상이기도 하다.



Lee Minho was arrested by Philippine immigration authorities last November 25. Lee, 37, was arrested by Bureau of Immigration (BI) fugitive search unit (FSU) agents inside the Clark Freeport Zone.

A mission order was issued against Lee after the BI received information from South Korean authorities that he is wanted in his home country for a crime he committed five years ago.

Lee allegedly conspired with other suspects in using a baseball bat to inflict serious physical injuries on a victim which resulted in the latter’s hospital confinement for several days.

A warrant of arrest was issued against him by the Suwon District Court on February 2024 for Special Bodily Injury in violation of the Criminal Act of the Republic of Korea.
