고태영(44세)은  2020년에 발표된 국제형사경찰기구(인터폴) 적색 수배령의 대상이며, 이는 한국에서 제기된 강압에 의한 음란 행위로 인한 형사 사건에서 비롯된 것이라고 말했습니다.
서울 서부지방검찰청은 여성 피해자가 고소장을 제출한 곳에서 한국 국적자에 대한 체포 영장을 발부한 것으로 알려졌습니다.
고소인은 고 씨가 2019년 1월 25일 자신이 근무하던 서울의 한 인터넷 카페에서 음란 행위를 강요했다고 주장했습니다. 그녀는 고 씨가 휴대폰에 저장된 음란물을 보여주었고, 심지어 성기까지 꺼내 피해자의 오른팔에 닿게 했다고 설명했습니다.
BI 기록에 따르면 고 씨는 2019년 11월에 마지막으로 입국했습니다.



Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansingco said Go Taiyoung, 44, has been ordered expelled by the BI in 2021 when a summary deportation order was issued against him by the board of commissioners.

The BI’s fugitive search unit armed with a warrant of deportation issued by Tansingco arrested the foreigner on Diosdado Macapagal Blvd. in Parañaque City last Dec. 11.

He is temporarily detained at the BI warden facility in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City while awaiting his flight to South Korea.

BI-FSU chief Rendel Ryan Sy said Go is subject of an International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) red notice issued in 2020 which stemmed from a criminal case for indecent act by compulsion that was filed against him in South Korea.

A warrant for his arrest was reportedly issued against the South Korean national by the Seubo district prosecutor’s office in Seoul where the female victim filed her complaint.

The complainant alleged that Go forced her to commit an indecent act inside an internet café in Seoul where she worked on Jan. 25, 2019.

She narrated that Go showed to her obscene materials saved on his mobile phone and that he even took out his private part and let it touch the victim’s right arm.
