사기 판매 거래 혐의로 한국 국적의 수배자  63세의 박상현 씨는 수요일 미사미스 오리엔탈의 카가얀 데 오로 시티에 있는 BI의 도주 수색대(FSU) 요원들에게 체포되었습니다.

박씨는 2019년 인천 지방법원에서 체포 영장을 발부받았다고 말했습니다. 그는 2017년에 또 다른 한국인을 속여 61,000달러 이상을 가로챈 혐의로 기소되었습니다.
박 씨는 피해자가 온라인에서 재판매하려던 중고 옷을 피해자에게 전달하겠다는 약속을 어겼다는 혐의로 기소되었습니다

A South Korean national wanted in Seoul for swindling a compatriot in a fraudulent sale transaction was arrested in Mindanao, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) reported on Friday.

Park Sang Hyun, 63, was arrested by operatives from the BI’s fugitive search unit (FSU) in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental on Wednesday, according to a report from BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco.

BI-FSU acting chief Rendel Ryan Sy said the Korean was issued an arrest warrant by a district court in Incheon in 2019.

He was charged for allegedly defrauding another Korean in 2017 of more than USD61,000.

Park was accused of reneging on his promise to deliver to the victim second-hand clothes that the latter intended to resell online.
