이민법(BI) 요원들이 카비테의 사설 리조트에서 불법으로 일하고 있는 것으로 밝혀진 세 명의 한국 국적자를 체포했습니다.
BI 정보 부서장 포르투나토 마나한 주니어는 이 세 사람이 지난 5월 22일 카비테 주 제너럴 트리아스의 한 구역 내 리조트에서 체포되었다고 밝혔습니다.
세 사람은 오현식(51세), 김해영(48세), 김서영(45세)으로 확인되었습니다. 이들은 BI가 해당 지역에 불법 체류 외국인이 있다는 정보를 입수한 후 필리핀 해군과 필리핀 경찰의 협조를 받아 체포되었습니다.
BI 기록에 따르면 필리핀 이민법을 위반하여 적절한 허가와 비자 없이 실제로 일하고 있는 것으로 확인되었습니다.

Bureau of Immigration (BI) operatives arrested three Korean nationals found to be working illegally in a private resort in Cavite.

The operation was conducted in line with President Ferdinand ‘Bong Bong’ Marcos Jr.’s drive to ensure the strict implementation laws against illegal aliens.

BI intelligence division Chief Fortunato Manahan Jr. shared that the trio were arrested last May 22 in resort inside a subdivision in General Trias, Cavite.

The three were identified as Oh Hyunsik, 51; Kim Haeyoung, 48; and Kim Seoyeong, 45. They were arrested in coordination with the Philippine Navy and the Philippine National Police after the BI received information about the presence of an illegal alien in the area.
